This is probably one of the longest periods of time that I haven’t touched my blog, much less write about Gundams and other mecha or merchandise-related stuff.
First to blame is the Prince of Tennis manga which I know has already been released and completed in anime format, but you know me… So there, finished reading it. I also went on to read Shaman King which was a huge disappointment at the end and I know the reasons… But still, it was so disappointing considering that this was one of the few “team fight” series that I really liked.
Then I gots meself a new toy: a Sony Ericsson W960. For reasons I would rather not say due to the idiocy of the whole matter and one of the people stupidly involved, I had to turn in the three laptops in my team which included mine. So I’m left laptop-less. But with good timing, my family had also decided to finally let go of the old PC clunker and buy…no, not a MacBook, sorry…but a new Lenovo Y410 laptop!
It’s got 2.1Ghz Core 2 Duo, 250Gb of HDD space and 3Gb of RAM which annoyed me the moment I switched to service pack 1 which finally allowed stupid, stupid Vista to recognize up to 4Gb of RAM. Stupid Vista. Stupid Gates. But I can’t complain. It’s not my money that bought the laptop. Still. Stupid.
But anyways, since I don’t have my main business tool, somehow I was justified to buy myself a phone that would allow me to keep my calendar on the fly, surf the net, check my mail (well, not yet) and do a lot of laptop-ish things at the palm of my hand…with the W960. Basically, it’s a 8Gb flash drive that plays music and you can call your mum with. Happy? Oh yes indeedy~!
So that’s all for now. Lots of merch about Gundams and whatnot have been up and about. I’ll write more about the ones that are most recent soon.
