Revoltech Want-to/Must-buys

I know it’s a late interest and that the rest of the fandom is already getting over the super robot adrenaline rush but I’ve come to really enjoy Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. That is the soul of super robot spirit in the modern age.

This is one of the Revoltech action figures that I want to buy. The Gurren Lagann. This is the fusion of Shimon/Simon and Kamina’s Gunmen/Gammen. Articulation is much better than the previous action figures like my Optimus Prime. That’s why I’m really excited to get this.

Next is the Lazengann. I believe it was one of the opponents that Gurren Lagann had to face but eventually became and ally to for the largest Gurren Lagann in the series which was big enough to stand on top of a galaxy.

Kaiyodo Revoltech is known for milking its customers buy producing multiple copies of their Revoltech products but adding something a little bit different to make it worth buying (ex. EVA-01 copies). This is basically the same Gurren Lagann but with drill spikes coming out of its holes. It’s a marketing strategy also because Gurren Lagann had a flight pack and the pieces are distributed across the Lazengann and Gurren Lagann Drill Ver. action figures.

Last but not the least is the ARX-8 Laevatein (edited, thanks to Jacques). It’s from Full Metal Panic and it’s a mech that was never shown in the animated series but came out in the manga. Kaiyodo claims that this is the Revoltech they’ve released that has the most additional parts and weapons ever. So expect a higher price tag on this one.

There’s also the EVA-01 F Type that is up for pre-order again so I’d like to get that as well. Wonder if I’d be able to afford it.
