Brushing the dust off

MG Sinanju

Yyyyyeap, it’s been a long time since I last put up a post. Been quite busy with work here in Minnesota and going around and seeing the sights. Hardly been shooting pictures also. But that doesn’t mean this mech-head is no longer interested in robots and most things otaku. And this juicy-looking Sinanju’s got me craving for Japanese mecha again. But I still have a gripe with the fact that the gold trim isn’t in a separate color. Although if I do manage to finish the two Unicorns that my fiancee bought me, I might be able to find time to buy and build one of these red, hot babies. Shame they’re not built three times faster.

I’m quite eager to come home to my family, most especially my fiancee who’s been looking forward to having me back home since the day I went to the airport to fly to Minnesota for this business trip. I miss the weekend walks and dates in Greenhills, trying out new restaurants, playing in the arcades and doing a bit of shopping every chance we get. We’re a simple couple and I’m happy that that’s how it is.

At the same time, I’m looking forward to the haul that will be welcoming me when I get back home. There’s the two Hiiragi Sisters from GSC’s Figma line. Also, I’m hoping the 1/8 scale PVC Miku Hatsune figurine will be home by the time I get home. That would mean that the first Nendoroid, Figma and figurine I bought was of Miku Hatsune.

Talking about the Figma line, there’s a couple up in the works and one of them is this light brown-haired girl in a pink seifuku, wielding a katana and half of her is a FISH. Then there’s a pair of Figmas that GSC has yet to reveal but they look like they can beat up everyone else in the Figma line.

Hopefully, I would have enough money to buy another GFF when I drop by Narita-Tokyo airport one the way back to the Philippines.

One Response

  1. fish-girl be Seto from the anime Seto no Hanayome(did I spell that right?) and the other 2 are Sakurahime & Flexability from Plawres Sanchiro(?) of which I have no idea who they are but me liking the girl
